Morning Pilates at the Charlotte Street Arts Centre focuses on total body muscle engagement. Each session will focus on movements, variations and additional challenges to basic exercises. You will be led to work on balance, flexibility, strength and muscular endurance, using mainly your own body weight.
This class is designed for students 55+ but all are welcome. A yoga mat is required.

About the instructor:
Dr. Zsuzsanna Szabo-Nyarady is a lifelong dancer, movement educator, university lecturer, Pilates, yoga and dance teacher. Her background includes extensive training in dance, BFA in modern dance from York University (Toronto) and studies at various studios, including the School of Toronto Dance Theatre (Toronto), The Martha Graham Studio (New York), The Laban Institute of Movement Studies (New York), and others. She has taught dance, yoga and Pilates at St. Thomas University.
