Offering an hour long all levels class for all bodies! Classes are taught in a Vinyasa style (unless otherwise specified). You can expect Sun Salutations, static and dynamic poses and often we will finish with a short meditation. Please let me know via email if you need a mat as I have some, but not enough for all.
