Wedding Package Rental

*PLEASE NOTE: prices are subject to increase (2%-5%) if the event is greater than a year from the submission date. Weddings taking place after September 2024 are priced at $2500.

WEDDING PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Auditorium - seating area 32' x 43' , stage area 32' x 21'

  • Community Room - 22' x 17' + counter top 21' x 2'

  • Green Room - 18' x 16' (currently houses Grand Piano that can move to backstage)

  • Chairs - 175 - Chair height: 29.5", seat height: 18", seat depth: 17", and back width: 18"

  • Tables - 21 rectangle (6' x 2'6") 12 round (short - 2' diameter, 3' tall)

  • Coat Room - holds 150 - 175 coats (depending on size)

  • Foyer and "Crush Space" - when renting the Arts Centre for a wedding, you have exclusive use of the 2nd floor. It includes all of our new rooms and the Auditorium, as well as the beautiful foyer with floor-to-ceiling windows.

  • Two viewings of the space- an initial tour and a tour closer to the date to plan and coordinate with decorators, photographers etc. Additional viewings are available for an extra fee.

Auditorium capacity: 200 standing, 165 seated in rows, 125 seated at tables

Includes use of a podium, 1 mic and amp, headphone-jack plug-in, small projector/screen (no sound)**, a fully accessible bathroom, a double sink in the Community Room, easels (4 @ 5'tall, 3' wide)

*stage level access through elevator available, but must be requested in advance.
 **if projectors need sound, or you require stage lights, our technician must be hired.

Liquor License - The Charlotte Street Arts Centre has a special facility license for events that wish to serve alcohol (Conditions Apply). At your request, a bar will be provided and staffed by certified CSAC volunteers.

Catering - Clients have the option of choosing their own caterer (must be food and safety certified/insured). You are welcome to invite qualified caterers to the centre (must comply with health and safety regulations), or we recommend Milda's Pizza + More as they have a restaurant in the basement of the centre and it's delicious.

Please note - No open flames permitted. No smoke/fog machines permitted. Compostable drinkware is preferred.
