Technician/Stage Lights - $25/HOUR (MIN 3 HOURS)

Grand Piano - Additional fee.

Auditorium/Green Room = Use of chairs/tables, podium, 1 microphone and speakers, audio input (from your phone, laptop, etc.).
Community Room = Use of chairs/table. A portable projector is available at extra cost.

Additional Information:

  • Auditorium Max. Capacity - 175 seated (no bar), 160 seated (with bar), 200 standing (with bar)

  • Community Room Max. Capacity - 25 seated, 35 standing, 15 seated at tables

  • Auditorium - seating area 32' x 43' , stage area 32' x 21'

  • Community Room - 22' x 17' + counter top 21' x 2'

  • Green Room - 18' x 16' (currently houses Grand Piano that can move to backstage)

  • Chairs - 170 - Chair height: 29.5", seat height: 18", seat depth: 17", and back width: 18"

  • Tables - 21 rectangle (6' x 2'6") 12 round (short - 2' diameter, 3' tall)

CSAC Rental Policies:

  • Setup & tear down are not included in basic rentals. An additional $50 fee applies.

  • Setup and tear down must be done during rental time. Any additional hours using the space will be charged.

    * A venue cleaning fee of $250 may be applied to non-seated events exceeding 100 patrons.

  • Our light/sound technician is required for events including live music, stage lighting setup, ambient lighting setup or any usage of CSAC’s sound equipment.

  • Liquor License - The Charlotte Street Arts Centre has a special facility license for events that wish to serve alcohol. When using the CSAC’s permanent liquor license, the CSAC will provide the bar service for free; however, bar income will go to the Centre.

  • Please note - No open flames permitted. No smoke/fog machines permitted. Compostable drinkware preferred.
